Deer Valley Resort in Utah is seeking an East Village Custodial Supervisor to lead lodge staff, train attendants, and manage scheduling, inventory, and performance notes. You will supervise the team across East Village and coordinate with maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and guest spaces meet standards.

This seasonal winter role requires 21+ age, prior supervision, and a valid driver's license. Perks include ski privileges, subsidized meals, health benefits, 401k, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years old.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or janitorial operations preferred.
• Spanish speaking candidates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train lodge attendants and crew leaders at East Village.
• Supervise staff and delegate duties as appropriate.
• Develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of business.
• Maintain a departmental log with work accomplished, attendance, and performance notes.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and review time records.
• Conduct inventory of wares and furnishings and order supplies as needed.
• Report equipment failures to maintenance.
• Assist food & beverage management as requested.
• Conduct daily review of building cleanliness and guest space.
• Drive between East Village Lodge and Snow Park Lodge daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs
