Clean-Tech is seeking a dedicated Custodian Supervisor to organize daily cleaning operations and lead a team of custodians while ensuring safety standards across facilities. You will coordinate routines, training, and performance to meet service levels in a fast-paced environment.

The role is on-site in Des Peres, MO, with a 3PM-11PM shift and a pay rate of $21 per hour. Previous supervisory experience and a focus on safety are valued assets in this position.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Shift time: 3PM-11PM.
• Minimum qualifications: College degree preferred but not required; 1 year supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work routines.
• Lead safety in the work area and provide PPE.
• Train all employees in safety and report injuries.
• Manage equipment and consumables; ensure supplies are available.
• Supervise custodians daily for quality and quantity of work.
• Discipline and counsel staff as needed.
