Job summary

HES is seeking 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisors to oversee cleaning and maintenance across assigned facilities in Fort Myers, FL. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring daily upkeep, and reporting facility issues to management.

Ideal candidates have a strong work history, can work in a fast-paced environment, and possess reliable transportation. A background check is required, and the position may involve varied shifts and responsibilities in educational facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience required.
• Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, dust mop, damp mop, vacuum, extract carpet, strip and wax floors, remove trash and recycling, clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms.
• Polish outside area within 10 feet of entryways, wash windows, remove snow and ice.
• Clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, interior glass, countertops, chalkboards/whiteboards, blinds and light fixtures; perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

We are seeking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisors

Supervisors are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Supervisors perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facilitySupervisors are responsible for helping check out the condition of the building and reporting issues to the manager. Supervisors also help cleaning other areas due to any staff shortages or when needed for other reasons.
