Job summary

The role requires 5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, ability to train crews, and experience with floors, disinfection, patient room discharge cleaning, and general site maintenance. Responsibilities include payroll and scheduling preparation, computer use, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a supervisor role.
• Pass a Government background check and drug test.
• Vaccination schedule to follow.
• Custodial skills including stripping/waxing floors and hospital disinfection.
• Experience cleaning patient rooms and daily cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial staff for hospital/clinic cleaning.
• Train crews to handle project work.
• Coordinate hospital cleaning tasks including patient rooms and discharges.
• Oversee cleaning of offices, carpets, glass.

The qualified candidate must posses the following qualifications and skills;
