Boise Centre is seeking an Overnight Custodial Staff member to keep our facility spotless during the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM). You’ll be a pivotal member of our team, maintaining immaculate cleanliness and supporting event setups as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

• Physically able for moderate manual labor, occasional work at heights, and outdoor conditions.
• Willing to work outside regular hours, including holidays.

Pay range: $19.17-$24.32/hour, based on experience

Requirements

• Commitment to Excellence: Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred, but possessing a positive attitude and a desire to learn are essential. • Professional Skill: Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment, following instructions, and providing exceptional customer service is required. Your ability to handle cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively is crucial.
• Physical Aptitude: Prepared for moderately heavy manual labor, occasional work at heights, and exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of regular business hours, including holidays. As a member of our night-time team, you'll be our behind-the-scenes support when the sun is down.
