Aramark in Williamson, NY is seeking a Custodial Services Lead Worker to oversee daily cleaning operations, assign tasks, and ensure client standards are met.

You will lead a custodial team, follow safety procedures, maintain equipment, and secure the facility according to procedures. This role requires reliability, independent work, and a strong focus on safety and quality, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience required.
• Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred.
• Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team and leads all aspects of completion of tasks
• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
