Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers.
• Adaptable to guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment by following OSHA and site regulations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment to protect health.
• Clean housekeeping equipment and areas to client standards.
• Dispose of trash per procedures and transport to designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues via work orders.
• Secure the facility and manage building access.
• Protect company assets.
• Perform duties as assigned by Aramark and client requirements.
