Job summary

Aramark in San Diego is seeking a Custodial Services worker to maintain clean, safe environments across client locations. This entry point role offers growth opportunities and a chance to contribute to the wellbeing of customers and staff.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, cleaning to client standards, and reporting maintenance concerns. Prior custodial experience is preferred; must be able to handle physical tasks and PPE usage as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Follow basic safety procedures due to hazards and chemical exposure.
• Maintains friendly, efficient guest service toward guests, clients and co-workers.
• Adaptable to guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others.
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
