Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and maintain cleanliness across public areas at our Las Vegas‑area properties. The role involves supervising scheduling, training, and discipline, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring cleanliness, coordinating with managers, and managing supply inventories. Experience in housekeeping leadership and familiarity with floor maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Able to lift 35 lb.
• 1-year supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Managerial experience; knowledge of carpet and hard floor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, discipline, and train custodial staff.
• Handle customer complaints and compliments.
• Interact with department managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Monitor work performance to ensure cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, restaurants, and offices.
• Ensure supply storage and requisition supplies are regularly maintained.
• Administrative duties: Payroll Reports, Justification Reports, Project CleaningAssignments and Reports, Employee Evaluations, MSDS Tracking, OSHA Compliance, Progress Reports, etc.
• Assist in the scheduling of department personnel, and the overall inspection of the conditions of the facilities to guarantee overall cleanliness.
