  • Develop individualized learning strategies that support participants in achieving educational and employment goals.
  • Analyze student performance data to identify barriers to success and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with student users and case managers to support participants facing academic, personal, or employment‑related challenges.
  • Promote student persistence, confidence, self‑advocacy, and successful program completion.
Workforce Development
  • Develop a curriculum that prepares participants for employment through resume writing, interviewing skills, workplace communication, professionalism, conflict resolution, customer service, and career planning.
  • Incorporate industry‑recognized certifications, employability competencies, and job readiness standards whenever possible.
  • Partner with educational agencies, employers, and workforce agencies to ensure the curriculum reflects current hiring practices and workforce needs.
  • Support career pathway development that connects education with sustainable employment opportunities.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
  • Measure program effectiveness using participant outcomes, employment placement, retention, assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare reports that demonstrate educational impact, participant success, and program outcomes for leadership and grant funders.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen participant engagement, learning outcomes, and long‑term employment success.
