Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking a Curriculum Integration Specialist to ensure training products and materials stay current and well integrated across multiple training efforts. This role bridges curriculum development with instructional delivery and operational feedback.

The candidate will coordinate with instructors and leadership, apply SAT/ISD methodologies, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, with opportunity to influence new modules and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
• Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.
• Experience supporting military or DoD training programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curriculum consistency across training lines of effort.
• Review and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) and training materials.
• Incorporate operational feedback and lessons learned into curriculum products.
• Coordinate with instructors, cadre, and Synchronization Cell to ensure content relevance.
• Support development of new training modules and refinement of existing ones.
• Ensure curriculum products meet standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain version control of training documentation.
• Provide leadership with input on curriculum effectiveness and improvements.

Position Overview

OWT Global LLC is seeking one (1) Curriculum Integration Specialist to ensure all training products, Programs of Instruction, and learning materials remain current, consistent, and effectively integrated across MTT, JCU Cadre, and NCR training efforts. This role bridges curriculum development, instructional delivery, and operational feedback. Role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain curriculum consistency across all training lines of effort.
• Review, update, and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) and training materials.
• Incorporate operational feedback and lessons learned into curriculum products.
• Coordinate with instructors, cadre, and the Synchronization Cell to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Support the development of new training modules and the refinement of existing ones.
• Ensure curriculum products meet applicable standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain version control and configuration of all training documentation.
• Provide subject matter input to leadership on curriculum effectiveness and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with ISD/ADDIE models and military POI development.
• Minimum of five (5) years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
• Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen.
• Experience supporting military or DoD training programs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong technical writing and configuration management skills.
• Ability to synthesize operational feedback into actionable curriculum updates.
• Familiarity with Mobile Training Team and distributed training environments.

Clearance & Citizenship

• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
