The Learning Experience Corp - Clearwater, FL is seeking a proven Curriculum Director to lead center-level curriculum management, staffing, and quality. You will guide teachers, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with the Center Director to maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of center leadership, a relevant degree, and credentials, with strong knowledge of state licensing rules and a passion for children's development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of center leadership, curriculum management, and people leadership experience.
• Must possess state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet all applicable state guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Must meet all applicable background screening, health, and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staff recruitment and ongoing training to maintain fully staffed center.
• Lead high-quality teaching team and uphold brand standards.
• Conduct monthly staff development meetings using provided content.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving with available resources.
• Prioritize staff retention with clear feedback and coaching.
• Address parent and staff concerns promptly at center level.
• Support enrollment marketing and family engagement strategies.
• Monitor health, safety, and licensing standards center-wide.
