Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in curriculum from an accredited college or university.
• NH certification as a curriculum administrator (#0008) or eligible.
• At least five years of successful teaching and/or school administration experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Educational Official in the administration and supervision of the district's educational programs.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of curriculum and instructional services across the district.
• Participate in selection of textbooks and instructional materials.
• Build a three-year professional development plan for all staff with principals and directors.
• Support district-wide instructional curriculum with building admins, staff, and parents.
• Establish a district-wide curriculum development committee and a rubric-based adoption process.
• Promote effective uses of technology to achieve program goals and enhance learning objectives.
