Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Current Operations (COPS) Instructor for NAOC to deliver specialized training to Surveillance Officer, Section Head, and Residual Capabilities Assessment teams. This role supports critical national missions with rigorous standards and hands-on instruction.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering initial and recurring training, updating materials, and assessing trainee performance to drive improvement and readiness across COPS operations at NAOC.
