Evotec in Boston is seeking a Research Assistant to support Benchling and related lab information systems, providing user assistance, compliance monitoring, data curation, documentation, training, testing, and cross-system coordination. You will collaborate with Cell Core, QB, technicians, and IT/engineering to triage issues, validate fixes, and maintain records across Benchling, Dotmatics, and Limfinity.
This site-based role requires a BS in life sciences and 2+ years of experience, with strong
Competenze
- BS (or equivalent) in life sciences or related field
- 2+ years supporting scientific workflows/data curation/compliance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
- Excel and basic PowerPoint proficiency
Mansioni
- Support Benchling and related laboratory information systems by providing user assistance, compliance monitoring, data curation, documentation, training, testing, and cross-system coordination
- Triage issues with Cell Core, QB, technicians, and IT/engineering; validate fixes and maintain synchronized records
- Produce release notes, deliver retraining and onboarding, promote best practices
- Document decisions for traceability and ensure version control and accessibility
