Qualifications

• Customer service experience in food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and stage them for pickup.
• Bag items properly to reach the customer.
• Make substitutions as needed and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace.
• May perform other customer service duties, including running a register.
