Meijer Great Lakes is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy. You’ll create a smooth pickup experience by scanning items, bagging correctly, and greeting customers at the curb.

The role emphasizes friendly service, quick learning of store tech, and dependable, detail-oriented performance. Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus; this is a part-time, on-site position offering weekly pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• As a Digital Clerk, you will help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by fulfilling online curbside orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous attitude and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Scan/verify items, bag items properly, and maintain bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders following food safety and store procedures.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
