Meijer Inc. is looking for a part-time Curbside Pickup Personal Shopper in Chesterfield, MI. You will help fulfill online curbside orders, ensuring accuracy and speed to provide a smooth pickup experience for customers.

You'll greet customers, handle payments, and work with store leadership to address questions or concerns. Prior cashier or online ordering experience is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

You’ll:* Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience* Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs* Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership* Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed* Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift* Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards* Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines* Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup* Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly In short: you’ll turn online orders into easy, reliable, “right-on-time” pickups. **What You Bring**You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll train you.
