Meijer, Inc. seeks a part‑time Digital Clerk to fulfill customer online curbside orders with speed and accuracy. You will create a smooth pickup experience from start to finish, greeting customers and handling questions both in person and by phone.

The role emphasizes a strong customer‑service mindset, effective communication, and the ability to learn new technologies. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts and 3–4 days per week are typical, with shifts 4–6 hours and the store open until 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders accurately and quickly.

• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with leadership when needed.
• Support daily workflow with dashboard updates and timely order fulfillment.
