Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with accuracy and courtesy. You will assist customers at the curbside pickup area, ensuring a smooth, on-time carside experience and strong customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a service mindset, learning agility with new technologies, and at least 1 year of retail or cashier experience. Some roles may involve standing for extended periods and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience.
• Greet each customer with a courteous attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
