Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to drive a smooth curbside pickup experience by fulfilling online orders accurately and efficiently. The role emphasizes quick, friendly service and a high level of accuracy in selecting and bagging items for pickup.

You will greet customers, respond to questions, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve concerns while maintaining a clean curbside area and adhering to food safety guidelines. Training will be provided to build your skills and confidence.

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.

• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow via dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.

What You'll Do

As a Digital Clerk, you'll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.

You'll:

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
