Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously and respond to questions and needs (in person and on the phone).
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns by partnering with leadership as needed.
• Process daily workflow from dashboard and fulfill orders during shift.
• Select items, scan/verify, bag items according to standards, and stage orders.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
