Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is hiring for a full-time Manual Labor position at GO Pleasant View in Baltimore, MD. On-site work includes cleaning common areas, inspecting grounds, and assisting with maintenance tasks to keep communities neat and welcoming.

These are the requirements for this position:

• Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.
• Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
• Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.
