Job summary

Curacao Lynwood is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to join our Lynwood store. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience and maintain clean, neat presentation standards in your department while performing other duties as assigned.

The position emphasizes customer service, the ability to read and follow safety rules, and the capacity to walk and stand for extended periods. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required, and flexible hours are available to support store

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help create a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome and comfortable. The Seasonal Associate will also help maintain clean, neat, and professional presentation standards within their assigned department while performing other duties as necessary and assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the customer is always the priority.
• Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference-related factors; suggest additional merchandise to compliment customer selection.
• Maintain department cleanliness standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Education /Experience

• No specific educational accomplishment is required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
