Graphic Packaging International is seeking a production teammate to safely pack cups, inspect counts, and prepare KD boxes on the line. You will maintain cleanliness at the pack station and follow customer specifications and SQF quality standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with automated packing tasks, receive a retention bonus for qualified hires, and start earning from $20.65 per hour plus a $1.15/hour shift differential for night shifts.

JOB SUMMARY

Safely ensures that cups are correctly packaged and packed in KD’s (boxes) and placed on conveyor, according to customer specifications and quality standards. Duties also include: cup inspection, ensuring correct cup count, preparation of KD’s (boxes), housekeeping of the pack station area, ensures automated packing tasks are completed appropriately while working in a safe manner by obeying all safety rules. Understand and align business operations through execution of the role, exceeding customer expectations and aligning with GPI’s business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.

Safe Quality Food Responsibilities:

• Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
• Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.
• Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
• Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
• Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation.
