Job summary

GE Vernova is offering a full-time, summer internship aligned with Culture and Inclusion strategy. The role reports to the Culture and Inclusion Strategy & Alignment Leader and involves working 40 hours per week as a non-exempt intern.

The position includes responsibilities from program design and external partnerships to driving change management and innovative culture solutions, with emphasis on communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree focusing in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant majors.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale without rounding.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage programs and initiatives that align with global organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage external partnerships to address talent needs and enhance the employee experience and development.
• Engage in regular, consistent communication with business partners, stakeholders, and employees to drive culture transformation and innovative solutions.
• Support the deployment of strategic special projects by conducting thorough research and providing informed recommendations.
