Salary: commensurate with experience

Start Date: August 2026
The Culture Facilitator ensures a safe experience for all students by supervising school grounds and students during instructional, non‑instructional, before, and after school activities. This individual works closely with students, teachers, and school leadership to implement strategies that promote a strong school culture, positive behavior supports, and student engagement. The position is responsible for maintaining the safety of all students on campus and will assist school leadership, deans, teachers and students by supporting the social‑emotional development of students, strengthening relationships between students and staff, and ensuring that school‑wide expectations are clearly communicated and reinforced.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:
Physical demands: Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching. Generally, the job requires 5% sitting, 15% walking, and 80% standing (ability to work on your feet for 4‑6 hours daily)
