Universal Creative is seeking a Team Member Culture & Experience Intern in Orlando for Summer 2027. You will collaborate with HR, culture teams and partners to support engagement initiatives, university partnerships, and mentorship experiences across the organization.

Through hands-on project work you will assist with program planning, event coordination, internal communications, participant tracking, and post‑event evaluation, gaining practical skills in employee engagement, program management,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with Junior standing or above.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; transcript required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Interest in HR, employee engagement, or culture programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist planning, coordination, and execution of intern engagement events.
• Coordinate speakers, classes, and logistics for UC Creative Lab partnerships.
• Support summer activations to strengthen engagement and belonging.
• Track mentor/mentee activities and update communications templates.
• Draft content for engagement programs and post‑event follow‑ups.
• Participate in planning meetings with HR and stakeholders.
• Help evaluate programs and suggest improvements.
