Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Socio-Cultural Analyst- Mid Level to support SOCOM. In this role you will research cultural landscapes, produce in-depth assessments, and develop intelligence products for leadership and mission planning.

Required is 5+ years in socio-cultural analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and TS/SCI clearance. Some travel across the AOR may be needed; join a collaborative team at Celestar to deliver critical cultural insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in socio-cultural analysis within the intelligence community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, Social Analysis, or a related field (or 5+ years on a PAS or HQ SCA team).
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams, working with ArcGIS, Trident, and TAC.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the cultural, social, and ideological landscapes of AOIs.
• Create in-depth assessments on local populations, highlighting economic, political, and cultural dynamics.
• Develop intelligence products, from studies and desk notes to interactive presentations.
• Share insights with leadership, ensuring cultural context for mission success.
• Travel across the AOR to provide real-time cultural intelligence.
