Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support daily operations within the Cultivation department. The role focuses on flower plant maintenance, sanitation, and cross‑department tasks as needed, reporting to the Cultivation Site Supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have high school diploma or equivalent, be 21+ years old (18+ in CT/PA/WV), and pass a background screening. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age (or 18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual agricultural tasks following supervisor instructions.
• Netting and trellising flower plants; pruning and defoliating as directed.
• Load plants and place emitters; maintain grow room cleanliness and PPE usage.
• Clean, sanitize, and store grow room tools and equipment; perform cross‑department duties as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
