Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Cultivation Technician I for the MPX cultivation facility in Pleasantville, NJ. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $19.50/hr and requires 2-5 years of cultivation experience.

The position emphasizes data integrity, teamwork, and adherence to IPM and safety standards. Responsibilities include harvesting, inventory management, pesticide application guidance, and ensuring compliance with local/state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in cultivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply organic pesticides with guidance from Cultivation Manager.
• Maintain inventory of cultivation supplies and order supplies.
• Follow pesticide recommendations and IPM program with SOP.
• Implement policies for the Cultivation facility.
• Review information and updates in Communication Binder.
• Enforce compliance with local and state regulations.
• Harvest crops.
• Maintain accountability with job descriptions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with irrigation, pruning, potting/repotting and propagation of plants.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry standards.
• Attend quarterly team meetings.
• Ensure cultivation produces sufficient flowers for MIPs and extractions.
• Produce quality product free of pests and contaminants.
• Train with Director of Security for prevention of product diversion.
• Review LP procedures monthly and quarterly security protocols.
• Be a brand ambassador and train team members to represent the brand.
