Job summary

Trulieve in Monticello, FL is seeking a Cultivation Technician I for the 2:00pm-10:30pm shift to support daily plant maintenance and sanitation within the Cultivation department. The role may flex to veg, mom, and propagation as needed to support production goals.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO. Candidates must meet minimum qualifications and pass a background screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older (18+ in CT, PA, WV).
• Background screening completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual cultivation tasks and plant maintenance.
• Netting and trellising flower plants.
• Pruning, defoliating, and plant spreading as directed.
• Load plants and place emitters; maintain grow room cleanliness.
