Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a cultivation assistant in Florida who will perform manual labor to support cultivation operations and help maintain plant health and sanitation. You will assist the flower department with day-to-day tasks and cross-department duties as needed, while following supervisor directions and embracing a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Cultivation experience preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA and WV).
