Job summary

Agri-Genesis is hiring a Cultivation Technician to support daily cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest tasks. You will help plant, water, prune, harvest, and package while strictly following state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.

The role focuses on accuracy in data recording and maintaining a clean production environment. The position requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility with schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Cannabis or agricultural experience preferred but not required.

Shift:Monday through Friday, 7am to 330pm

What You Will Do
