Job summary

Vangarden Cannabis is seeking a Cultivation Technician 1 for our Mom, Propagation, Vegetation team. This full-time role on the 1st shift runs Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with starting pay of $19/hour.

No cannabis experience is required; you’ll learn to support daily cultivation operations in a collaborative environment. You’ll help maintain grow rooms, transplanting setups, cloning activities, irrigation support, and health monitoring while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting grow rooms
• Setting up pots and materials for transplanting
• Transplanting and tagging plants
• Cloning plants and maintaining clone trays
• Assisting with irrigation and nutrient mixing
• Monitoring plant health and reporting concerns
• Applying biological controls and pesticides safely
• Processing plant waste
• Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas
• Reporting faulty equipment or maintenance issues

What You'll Do
