Job summary

King City Gardens is seeking Cultivation Specialists to support day-to-day plant maintenance and facility cleaning in our Cannabis grow operation. You will manage flowering room responsibilities, monitor environmental conditions, and ensure equipment is kept in good working order.

You’ll log environmental data, assist with harvest procedures, and adhere to GACP/GMP compliance. The role requires weekend/evening shifts, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a reliable team mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to make decisions with oversight when needed.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and internet navigation.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team orientation.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and rotate shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management to ensure cultivation duties are completed per SOPs.
• Involves essential cultivation operations; duties may expand over time.
• Topping, sanitation, room prep, and general cleaning of the grow areas.
• Cloning, pest scouting, plant inventory, and maintenance of vegetative trays.
• Harvest assistance, IPM activities, and inventory counts.
• Follow safety, security, sanitation policies and GMP/GACP guidelines.
