Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Lead in Adel, GA to oversee and train the grow team, ensuring smooth cultivation operations with minimal oversight. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on cultivation experience.

You will supervise the grow team, diagnose plant health issues, and ensure accurate data entry into MJ Freeway while maintaining strict inventory control. A comprehensive benefits package is offered with this position.

Responsibilities

• Train all employees and offer proper technique advice or assistance daily.
• Lead/supervise a grow with minimal management assistance and forecast upcoming events.
• Diagnose plant health; toxicities, deficiencies, pests, or other issues and propose solutions.
• Locate other established work sites and accomplish tasks.
• Monitor grow helpers and assistants, provide assistance and report issues to management.
• Record data into MJ Freeway.
• Maintain strong inventory control for plants and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Title:Cultivation Lead

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cultivation Lead is responsible for overseeing and training the grow team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations with minimal oversight from management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Train all employees and offer proper technique advice or assistance daily

Lead/supervise an grow with minimal management assistance and forecast upcoming events

Diagnose plant health; toxicities, deficiencies, pests, or other issues that may arise and come up with the best or proper solution

Can locate other established work sites, navigate through them and accomplish any necessary task requested

Efficiently monitors grow helpers and assistants, offers assistance and/or reports to management when presented with challenging problems

Able to make necessary entries into MJ Freeway and record data

Strong inventory control to accurately account for plant and supplies

Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Supervisor/managerial experience highly preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)

Must be able to pass comprehensive background screening

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance

Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks

Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)

Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions

Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
