You are dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to support both Flower and Harvest operations as business needs require.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf, you'll primarily support the Flower department by helping maintain healthy, high-quality plants throughout the flowering stage of cultivation.

Flower (Primary Responsibilities):

  • Perform plant maintenance activities including pruning, defoliation, staking, transplanting, and feeding
  • Monitor plant health and identify potential issues related to pests, disease, or environmental conditions
  • Support irrigation, nutrient delivery, and environmental management processes

  • Help maximize plant quality, consistency, and yield through attention to detail and adherence to cultivation standards

Harvest Support (As Needed):

  • Cut, hang, rack, and prepare plants for drying and curing
  • Weigh, label, and record inventory in compliance with state regulations
  • Support post-harvest processing while maintaining quality standards

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workspaces and equipment
  • Follow all compliance, safety, and security procedures
  • Support team needs and production goals during high-demand periods

What You’ll Bring:

  • An interest in working with plants in a hands‑on cultivation environment
  • Experience in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse operations, or gardening is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support cultivation and harvest operations as needed
  • Reliability and the ability to follow established processes and production schedules
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and physically active work
  • Basic math and measurement skills, including the ability to use a scale
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Even Better If:

  • You bring knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients, along with hands‑on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture
  • You understand different cannabis strains and their unique growing needs

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
  • Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
  • Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
  • Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non‑slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary

Environmental Conditions

  • Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
  • Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
  • Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
  • Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
  • Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels

$15 - $15 USD
