Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Cultivation Associate in Phoenix, AZ, to grow and maintain premium cannabis plants across nursery and harvest stages. You will work from 5:00am to 1:30pm, in a full-time, non-exempt role supporting early plant development and final processing.

This position emphasizes team collaboration, adherence to quality standards, and hands-on cultivation tasks across multiple departments within Curaleaf's Phoenix facility.

Nursery: Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 1:30pm
Harvest: Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 1:30pm

Nursery: This is where plants start their life. You’ll work with young plants (clones), helping them root, grow, and get strong before moving to the next stage.
Harvest: This is the final stage of the process. You’ll cut, trim, and prepare plants for drying and packaging, ensuring everything meets quality standards.
