The Cultivation Associate supports all aspects of the plant growth cycle to ensure healthy, high-quality cannabis production. This role works hands‑on in the grow rooms performing daily tasks such as transplanting, pruning, watering, pest monitoring, and harvesting. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, consistency in following standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a passion for plant care.
Maryland Pay Range
$17 - $17 USD
