Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop supports cultivation activities from clone through the vegetative stage, performing cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, and plant care to maintain health and production standards.

The role requires working in indoor greenhouse conditions, adhering to state regulations, and supporting the Cultivation Team Lead with day-to-day tasks while upholding Cresco Labs' standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production or equivalent training.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material and related dust.
• Capacity to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions.

SCHEDULE

6:20am-2:50pm, Friday - Monday and 1 weekday

This weekend position offers flexibility in your weekly schedule! Employees may choose two days off between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, allowing you to select the weekday schedule that works best for you.

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop is responsible for providing on-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens. This role is responsible for the completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage. Main duties include carrying out day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work, and applying pesticides and fungicides. The Cultivation Agent — Veg/Prop maintains quality control measures, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area in accordance with state regulations and standards set by Cresco Labs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$19.25 - $20.75 USD
