Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our on-site team in Michigan. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route, process orders, and collect payments while upholding outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Able to engage with strangers and establish professional relationships.
• Able to use a mobile device or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a fixed route in a timely manner.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins and daily recaps.

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
