Job summary

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker at Hampstead Hospital, Dartmouth Health, Hampstead, NH 03841. You’ll join a culinary team in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow. Schedule varies to meet kitchen needs, and prior food service experience is preferred but training is available.

We offer a robust benefits package and a supportive team focused on delivering high standards of food safety and customer service. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to train applicants.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations safely.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
