Job summary

HHS Aviation is seeking a hospital culinary supervisor to support the culinary director in leading the food and nutrition team at a hospital. You will ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered on time, while delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

The role requires supervising dining operations, maintaining diet requirements, and upholding safety standards. Part-time shifts (Day/Evening/Night) are available at Bon Secours St Anne Hospital in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in a culinary/healthcare setting.

Job Description

We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Support the culinary director to lead the food and nutrition team at a hospital. Ensure patient meals are accurate and are delivered in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal.

Responsibilities

• Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor's dining, catering, and/or patient meals
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Bon Secours St Anne Hospital
• Part-time positions available
• Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• Wage: $20/hour

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
