Job summary

HHS is seeking a hospital culinary team member to support the culinary director and lead the food and nutrition team at Bon Secours Mercy Health Springfield Hospital. You will ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered on time while delivering excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

The role requires supervising team members, maintaining diet compliance, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience ( cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare )

Physical Requirements
