Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to supervise and lead a busy kitchen, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service. You will oversee recipe adherence, portion control, and staff training, while coordinating with front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, familiarity with kitchen equipment, and a proven track record in inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
