Job summary

HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) seeks a Culinary Supervisor to lead the food and nutrition team at Lutheran Home. The role ensures patient meals are accurate and delivered on time, while delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Night shift available, full-time, background checks required. Location: Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights, IL. Must be 17+ and able to supervise kitchen staff while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: 6+ months of supervisor experience in foodservice/healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to ensure smooth operations of patient meals and dining services.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal matching orders and diets.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and assist as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
