Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience in restaurant or food service.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Physical ability to perform various tasks including bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning menus.
• Prepare food following planned menus and standardized recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in food preparation areas.
• Assist in cleaning cooking area and kitchen equipment.
• Consult with Supervisor on menu and food preparation issues.
