Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a dietary services leader to oversee all aspects of food service for residents, ensuring top quality, safety, and sanitation. You will plan diverse menus that accommodate dietary needs, manage kitchen and dining spaces, and lead a compassionate team within budget guidelines.

The role requires ServSafe certification, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with a preference for senior living experience.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Food Handling certification.
• Dietary management experience preferred.
• Senior living experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to mentor and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the food service program with focus on high-quality dietary services while ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Plans and prepares a diverse menu accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintains kitchen and dining areas.
• Conducts inventory and purchasing to meet budget guidelines.
• Hires, trains, schedules and leads the dietary team.
• Engages residents with compassion, fostering a warm environment reflecting love, compassion and dignity.
