Responsibilities

• Seating residents and guests in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for residents and performs assigned clean-up tasks including washing dishes and setting up dining areas.
• Prepares and serves snacks and replenishes stock items in common area refreshment centers for residents.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to the regular schedule of work activities and assignments to ensure effective food service.

Culinary Service Assistant Responsibilities Include

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
